So who are we and what motivates us?
Between us we bring 30 years of experience in the fields of design thinking, sustainability, circular economy and regenerative design - which we believe are complementary.
It puts a smile on our faces when people are seeing more connections and imagining new possibilities for their growth.
Chris Grantham, Co-Founder
Chris was formerly Circular Economy Executive Director at IDEO, where he led IDEO's consultancy business in the circular economy and worked with organisations like, H&M, IKEA, VF Corps, Solvay, SAP and Danone on their circular economy strategy, organisational transformation and product innovation.
As well as working with individual companies, Chris’s work has involved adapting IDEO’s collaborative design methodology (CoLab) for circular economy innovation across industry value chains and the development of a close partnership with The Ellen MacArthur Foundation, including creating The Circular Design Guide which has been used by over half a million users in over 150 countries.
Chris's major focus has been on evolving the intuitions and instincts of designers in pursuit of regeneration and shared value creation.
